What should I do if my items arrive damaged or defective?
We make every effort to package your order so that it will arrive in great condition. Unfortunately, sometimes items may be damaged during shipment. We understand your frustration, please let us know by contacting our Customer Service Team so that we can make things better. Fill up our webform Return Form and please make sure to let us know the issue as 'Missing Item', 'Wrong Item', or 'Damaged / Expired Item'. Please do not dispose of or throw away any of the items you're writing in about! CanXida may arrange to collect the product.

I have an unopened and undamaged product. Can I return it for a refund?
Unopened and undamaged product with all original factory seals intact may be returned within 60 days of original purchase for a refund.
How do I know I was issued a refund?
You will either get an automated alert from our system that refund was issued, or customer support will contact you. In case you don't get an email from us then send us an email and we will look into it.

Do the days start counting from time of purchase, or time the item is received?
We count it from the day you receive the product. We keep track of when an item was delivered. However, at CanXida customer care is the highest priority and as such we are not stingy with the number.
Does the item have to be returned in the box it came in?
It is preferred that the item be returned in its original packaging, but if that is not possible, a securely padded box will suffice.
