Orders & Shipping

This is our ordering page, where you can find information about placing orders, shipping options, and answers to any questions you might have regarding ordering and shipping.

Please allow 1-2 business days for CanXida.com to pick, pack, and prepare your order.

Once your package has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent.

For orders within the United States, shipping is complimentary on purchases exceeding $59.99. For international orders, shipping is complimentary when the order total exceeds $98.
Arrives in 7 –15 business days.
Cost for orders under USD $59.99 will be calculated at checkout.

If you’re outside of the US, and because your order is shipping internationally, it has to be cleared through customs.

Note:

We are not responsible for any delays or retained packages caused by customs, duty fees or other international limitations.
It is your responsibility to be aware of and inform us of any shipping regulations in your country which may affect the delivery of your order.
For some of our clients, there might be an international transaction fee. This fee is not charged by us, please contact your bank regarding this.

All of our prices are in $USD.
Orders are processed and delivered Monday–Friday, except for national holidays. Be aware that orders may experience longer processing and delivery times during holidays.
We ship to PO BOX and Military addresses, which have specific formats, including "APO", "FPO", or "DPO" designations and special state abbreviations like "AA", "AE", or "AP". Orders can't be delivered to re-shippers or package-forwarding services. We are not held responsible if those forwarding or re-shippers cause delays or lose the package.
You may cancel or make important changes to your order within the first six hours (6 hours) of purchase by simply sending us an email.
